About Me

When I started out in the corporate world I had no experience in business, people management, or building successful teams. What I did have was a strong desire to make an impact on direct reports, peers, and leaders. I planned to move up the corporate ladder quickly while influencing and empowering others along the way. However, I soon hit numerous roadblocks that slowed my journey. None of the companies I worked for aligned with my personal values. I also experienced daily stress from unrealistic deadlines, conflicting business priorities, and managing difficult people.

After TWO decades I completely lost my personal power and sense of self, became chronically ill, and no longer had any faith in the corporate world. I decided that no one should have to endure what I did, nor suffer for years trying to embrace happiness and success.

Today I serve corporate leaders who want to significantly reduce their learning curve to professional success. I have compiled two decades of experience into an exclusive training and coaching program.
